The Mage Electric Tying Tool (LEA30s) The professionall tying-down solution for large  vineyards.  30mm  beak opening. The gun feeds a constant 15cm of tie.  Tension is controlled  with   3 settings  to control the tightness of twist. Further control is achieved by positioning the tie in the front or rear of the tying head.  Battery life is more than one day, even on a cold day. Recharging is 4 hours or trickle fed overnight  Tieing materials are on bulk spools reducing the time for reloading to perhaps twice a day.  Paper spools 3200 ties, bioplastic 2,500 ties.    Mage LEA 30s come with a five year warranty, subject to  an annual maintenance contract. Under the contract, wear parts are replaced inthe head. The tool is stripped, cleaned, and battery and motor performance checked.  Most maintainance can be conducted in the UK. If the tool has to go back to factory, turn-round time for travel, service and return is currently under ten days.Up to 5 times faster than manual tying, the LEA30S is lightweight (650g) and comes with an  ergonomic harness. This tool provides significant reductions in labour costs.
